3738813 - when submitting a custom onboarding task data saved but pop-up still shows application error

Symptom

  • "application error" occurs when a candidate submits a custom onboarding task.
  • The data for the custom task is saved in Manage Data > Custom Task.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in as a candidate.
  2. Open and complete a Custom Onboarding task.
  3. Submit the task and observe that an application error displays, the data is saved in Manage Data > Custom Task.

Cause

Due to external visibility issues.
