3738829 - When Manager adds new attribute from Team view it defaults to lowest proficiency instead of unrated in growth portfolio

• In Team View, when a manager adds a new attribute (competency or skill) to a team member, the proficiency level defaults to the lowest rating instead of remaining Unrated.

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

1. Proxy as a manager.
2. Navigate to Growth Portfolio.
3. Open Team View.
4. Click Edit > Add Competency or Skill > Assign to a team member
5. Observe that the lowest proficiency rating is displayed by default.

The behavior is the expected system design.

Managers can add skills without ratings by navigating to the individual user's Growth Portfolio by performing the following steps:

1. To add a skill/attribute without a rating, open Team View

2. Select the employee (opens the Spotlight)

3. From All actions, select Growth Portfolio

4. Add the desired attributes; they will remain Unrated unless a proficiency is selected.

Note : If an enhancement to change Team View default behavior is desired, submit an idea via the Customer Influence Portal for product management review.
