Milestone table field is not updating when the Goal is cascaded without write permissions granted

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Create a personal goal for a user who will cascade goals.
2. Click "Cascade Goal" button.
3. Edit the Parent goal, updating multiple fields the Milestones table field included.
4. Cascade the changed goal.
5. Observe that all the fields are updated, but the Milestone field contains initial values from the parent goal.

Write permissions are not granted for Milestone field in the Goal plan xml.

By design "Write" permissions are required for the Milestone field to be changed during goal cascading.

To fix the issue add "Write" permissions to the Goal plan xml.
