Edit and Delete buttons are greyed out and not editable on Latest People Profile even when permission is granted.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Latest People Profile-》full profile.
  2. Open a background information block, for example patent
  3. Observe that the Edit and Delete buttons are greyed out and not clickable.

Resolution

You need to select one record, then Edit and Delete will become editable.
