3738929 - While trying to Upload resume via 'Upload Resume, discover Opportunities, option in Career Site, throws error – Recruiting Marketing

• An error occurs when uploading candidate resumes in the “Upload Resume” component of the career site; the system cannot fetch skills or display relevant jobs.
• The error is intermittent: the same resume works for some users but fails for others.
• The issue is independent of the browser (observed in multiple browsers, including private/incognito sessions with cleared cache).
• Observed error message: “There is an issue examining the CV. Please try again.”
