3738971 - Job Profile text colour formatting removed in Job Requisition > Job Profile tab – Recruiting Management

Text color or text formatting applied within the Job Requisition > Job Profile tab is not being retained after saving.

1. Navigate to Recruiting > Job Requisitions.
2. Open any Job Requisition and go to the Job Profile tab.
3. Attempt to configure the text section with different text colors and save/preview.
4. The text color formatting has been removed and reverts to the default color

This scenario was confirmed as a code issue.

Our engineering team has completed their analysis for this topic. The code-fix for this scenario is scheduled for deployment at our 2H2026 release: 12-Oct-2026 for Preview and 13-Nov-2026 for Production.
