3739020 - T4 or Relevé Tax Form is not visible in ESS for specific employees

Symptom

A few employees report they are unable to see the Canada Year End Tax forms in ESS application HRESS_AC_REP_CA_TFR (either in SuccessFactors or Fiori).

The screen loads the Overview and Selection section, but not the Tax Form:
