3739027 - Legacy Competency ID and rating scale are still shown in LMS reports for competencies

Standard reports, such as 'Competencies with Related Items (CSV)', seem to be pulling the legacy competency ID (that is, before TIH enablement) instead of the attribute ID, as well as its respective legacy rating.

3. However, when running the standard report 'Competencies with Related Items (CSV)', the value shown at the 'Competency ID' column is different from the attribute ID seen in the Learning UI, and the item also has a different Rating Scale than what's shown at the report.

As per our Engineering team, the Competency Data reports are designed to work for JPB/JDM data and should not be used for the purpose of viewing the TIH attributes. Hence, it is expected that the 'Competencies with Related Items (CSV)' report doesn't pull the current attribute ID (only the legacy ID).

The competency-related standard reports available within Learning Administration (such as 'Competencies with Related Items (CSV)') are not useful for reporting on attributes (TIH). These reports are only for customers that are still using the legacy process of JPB/JDM data.

The current standard competency-related reports are not planned to be deprecated yet, and there are no plans to deliver new attribute-related reports within Learning Administration.

Workarounds:

1. Use the item search menu with the attribute criteria to select and export results as a report as needed;
2. Use SAC story report;
3. Create a custom LMS report, see KBA 2379690 (Reference the CPTY_SOURCE_ID as "WSM". The PA_CTPY table will not display the Attribute ID value that you see on the UI and instead displays the LMS Internal ID. The data from the PA_CPTY_EXTERNAL_ID_MAPPING table can be mapped to the INTERNAL_ID to the CPTY_ID in the PA_CPTY table. The EXTERNAL_ID value is is the Attribute ID value seen on the UI. For the other fields like CPTY_TYPE and RATING_SCALE_ID, a separate report to cross reference other tables that have those fields. There is no issue with CPTY_DESC as that is a label value information residing in the PA_I18N tables, i.e. PA_18N_LOCALIZED_LABEL.)
