3739085 - Incorrect External Private Posting URL Generated for Job Posting - Recruiting Marketing

External Private Posting URL is generated incorrectly for job postings on RMK Career Site as the URL resolves to a legacy external site format instead of the career site job-invite path. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Access any job requisition.
2. Go to the Job Posting tab.
3. Post Job for External Private Posting.
4. Copy the External Private Posting URL.
5. Open the URL and observe it resolves to a legacy external site format instead of the career site job-invite path.

Private Posting is not supported in RMK when the Unified Data Model (UDM) is not enabled. External private posting links default to the legacy RCM career site format in this configuration. 

To post Private Posting jobs, enable the Unified Data Model (UDM) for Career Site Builder. This will allow private postings to route to the career site job-invite path, see KBA: 3463882 - Unified Data Model - Enhanced Private Posting Experience for UDM implementations - Recruiting Marketing
