3739157 - Custom MDF field not visible in Final Review step of Onboarding Data Collection - Onboarding

• A newly created field in a custom MDF object configured as an Additional Onboarding Task is visible to the onboardee during task completion but is not visible in the Final Review step.
• Other fields from the same object are displayed correctly in the Final Review step.
• No error message is generated.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Create a custom MDF object and configured in the Additional Onboarding Task.
2. Grant the onboardee permission to view/edit it.
3. Have the onboardee complete the Additional Onboarding Task and populate the new field.
4. As the responsible user, open the Final Review step in the Data Collection process.
5. Observe that the newly created field is missing.

In Manage Configuration UI, the custom MDF field was not added to the relevant Data Collection UI configuration used in the onboarding process.

1. Navigate to Manage Configuration UI.
2. Open the Data Collection UI used in the onboarding process.
3. Add the custom MDF object field to the Data Collection UI section where it should appear.
4. Save the changes.
5. Retest the onboarding process and verify that the field is now visible in the Final Review step.
