3739169 - Payroll Error - Gross Wages and Negative Offset

Symptom

When the system attempts to process negative offset amounts (such as imputed income reversals or deductions) that exceed the available gross wages in the current payroll period the following error message is generated: "The gross wages do not cover the negative offset that has been forwarded; therefore, no grossup is permitted"
