• Error occurs when posting goods receipt for an inbound delivery in the warehouse process with quality management enabled.
• Error message: "Origin 17 is not defined" (Message no. QA141).

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the app “Change Inbound Delivery – Deliveries”.
2. Select an inbound delivery that is subject to quality management.
3. Post the goods receipt.
4. Observe the error: “Origin 17 is not defined” (Message no. QA141).

Following below steps:

1. Activate Scope Item 3M0.
2. Go to the configuration activity “Define and Activate Warehouse-Dependent IOTs”, For Inspection Object Type (IOT) 4, set the checkbox “By Delivery Item”.
