3739719 - Review offboarding Information (by Employee) task not visible in Offboarding dashboard

Symptom

The “Review Offboarding Information (by Employee)” task is not being created even though it is defined in Process Variant Manager.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Offboarding dashboard.
  2. Search for the offboarding tasks of the exiting worker.
  3. Observe that the “review offboarding information (by employee)” task is not visible.

Cause

Expected behavior.

Resolution

  • Please note that the “Review Offboarding Information (by Employee)” task is assigned directly to the exiting worker and does not appear in the Offboarding Dashboard.
  • Ask the exiting worker to complete the “Review Offboarding Information” task from their assigned tasks.
  • Once the worker completes the task, the subsequent tasks configured in the process will then appear accordingly in the Offboarding Dashboard.
