After deploying IP Filter Set changes, Apache ingress pods repeatedly restart and enter a CrashLoopBackOff state.
The issue is observed shortly after applying IP filtering configuration updates. In affected environments:
- Ingress pods fail to start or stabilize
- CPU spikes on apache pods to 100%
