3739821 - MM Scheduling Agreement: No Freight Unit Generated for New Schedule Line After Over-Delivery Existing Schedule Line

In an MM scheduling agreement inbound scenario, an existing schedule line is overdelivered by an inbound delivery. Then a subsequent new schedule line is created with additional quantity.

Why is it that sometimes the new FU for the new schedule line is generated and other times no new FU is generated?
