3739850 - Zero-Quantity Delivery Incorrectly Cancels Order-Based FU

Symptom

Users implementing both ERP sales order and delivery integration with TM experience an issue where an order-based FU is canceled in TM when a zero-quantity delivery is created from a sales order, even though open quantities remain.
