3739861 - How to Check a Candidate’s E-Verify Status

Kindly follow the steps below to update the latest status from DHS

1. Go to the Onboarding Dashboard and open the user’s onboarding record.
2. Select the “E‑Verify Data” hyperlink.
3. In the lower‑right corner, select the “Refresh” button to retrieve the latest status from DHS.
4. Wait a few moments for the sync to complete, then refresh the page to view the updated status.
