3739888 - It is not possible to restrict the Creation of goals in the Goal Plan or PM forms, even if the end date has already passed

• Not able to restrict create goal in Goal Management
• In goal plan or in Performance form when users add a new goal, the goal can be created even though the end date is already passed

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Navigate to a Performance form or in Goal Plan.
2. Add a new goal
3. The new goal can still be created even though the start and end dates have already passed.

As per the current system design, date restrictions apply only to the start and end dates of the goal plan. They do not restrict the creation of goals within the goal plan or in Performance forms.
