3739892 - Group Reporting: Extension version with flag Allow LC, TC, Qty Changes set ON still requires reported data to be loaded first in the underlying standard version

Symptom

  1. User creates a new extension version EXT, with flag Allow LC, TC, Qty Changes set ON, on top of the standard version SVS.
  2. Next, user loads reported data (e.g. using flexible upload) in the extension version EXT.
  3. However, the loaded data does not appear in Group Data Analysis app for the extension version EXT.
