3739895 - Manage Documents shows combined storage from OpenText and SuccessFactors after disabling OpenText integration

Symptom

After disabling OpenText integration and switching to SuccessFactors storage, the "Document Storage" size in Manage Documents continues to include historical OpenText-stored files.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Platform

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Disable OpenText integration and enable SuccessFactors storage in the Document Management configuration.
  2. Open Manage Documents and review the "Document Storage" size for document categories.
  3. Upload new attachments to categories and compare the displayed storage size before and after upload.
  4. Download attachments from the list. Observe that SuccessFactors-stored files are downloaded, while historical OpenText files are not.
  5. Open the Check Tool. Note that OpenText-related checks are not shown once OpenText is disabled.

Resolution

It's by design. There is currently no supported way to exclude or remove OpenText historical data from the storage calculation.
