3739905 - Custom Matrix grid rating scale not available in form templates or new sections drop down

• Can we use “Custom 1” and “Custom 2” from the Matrix Grid Rating Scale in a Performance form template dropdown.
• Creating a new section in the form would allow selecting “Custom 1” and “Custom 2” from Matrix Grid Rating scale?

1. Open a Performance form template and navigate to the section where a rating or dropdown field can be configured.
2. Attempt to add or select options expecting to include “Custom 1” and “Custom 2” from the Matrix Grid Rating Scale.
3. Observe that “Custom 1” and “Custom 2” are not available for selection in the form template configuration.

“Custom 1” and “Custom 2” are system-defined elements reserved for trend ratings in the People Profile. By current system design, they are not exposed for use in Performance form templates or other sections.

1. Note that using “Custom 1” and “Custom 2” from the Matrix Grid Rating Scale within Performance form templates (including via a new section) is not supported by design.
2. Use supported form-specific fields for ratings in the template (for example, standard/manual rating fields) and manage their read/edit permissions as required.
