3739925 - Manager e-Signature task cannot be completed through the Offboarding Dashboard - Onboarding

Symptom

The manager is currently unable to complete the signature step from the dashboard.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to BizX.
  2. Proxy as the affected manager.
  3. Navigate to the dashboard.
  4. Search for the affected candidate.
  5. Click on the “1 task” under the Data Review column.
  6. Locate the signature task and click “Start.”
  7. Observe that no action occurs.
  8. Open the browser console tab and note the error: “No route found for activity type: OFFBOARDING_DOCUMENTS.”

Cause

Engineering has acknowledged this as a confirmed bug.

Resolution

  • We have identified this as a bug, and the Engineering team plans to address it in the second-half release.
  • We will update this Knowledge Base Article with additional details once they become available.
