3739929 - Offer field values not syncing with related job application or requisition fields - Recruiting Management

In the offer detail template, some fields share the same field ID as the fields in the job application or job requisition template. 

These fields contain values in the job application and job requisition but appear blank in the offer detail. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Move a candidate to an offer-related status
2. Create a new offer approval
3. Observe that some fields are blank, even though they contain values in the job requisition and job application

The field parameter "custom" does not match the value of the related field in the job requisition or job application template.

Update the field parameter "custom" to match the value configured in the job requisition or job application template.

For example, if the field is set as custom=false in the job requisition template, ensure it is set as custom=false in the offer detail template.
