3739953 - Break line is not working properly in background field on latest people profile

Break line functionality within background field does not work in the latest people profile (PPX page), but it works in edit mode (PP3 page).
Text in the background field is displayed in one line in the PPX page, while the same text is separated into multiple lines in the edit mode.

• Latest People Profile
• Background Element

1. Enable Text Area for the field A from manage business configuration

2. Open any user's profile > navigate to background element> add new record or edit existing record > maintain value for field A with multiple lines > save

3. Check saved record, the value of field A is displayed with one line

This is a Known Issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.
