Symptom
- External learning-only users cannot see WalkMe content on the Learning page.
- Internal BizX/Platform users can view and use the same WalkMe scenarios without issues.

Reproducing the Issue
- Sign in to a Learning site as an external learning-only user via IAS.
- Navigate to the Learning home page.
- Observe that WalkMe widgets, launcher, and trackers are not visible.
Resolution
- Engineering team has confirmed this is a limitation. The WalkMe feature is introduced strictly for users who have Platform access.
- Anytime the SuccessFactors Global Header isn't visible, WalkMe isn't available.
