3739993 - Learning external users cannot access WalkMe

Symptom

  • External learning-only users cannot see WalkMe content on the Learning page.
  • Internal BizX/Platform users can view and use the same WalkMe scenarios without issues.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Sign in to a Learning site as an external learning-only user via IAS.
  2. Navigate to the Learning home page.
  3. Observe that WalkMe widgets, launcher, and trackers are not visible.

Resolution

  • Engineering team has confirmed this is a limitation. The WalkMe feature is introduced strictly for users who have Platform access.
  • Anytime the SuccessFactors Global Header isn't visible, WalkMe isn't available.
