3740025 - FRUN 5.1: Managed Object Name in Alerts Shows Cloud Service Name (or Cloud Service Display Name)

Symptom

  • In FRUN 5.1, alerts displayed in both the Alert Inbox and the alert ticker show the managed object name as the Cloud Service Name.
  • When the Cloud Service Name is not available, the managed object name shown is the Cloud Service Display Name.
  • Some users may expect to see “Extended system id - Cloud Service Name” as the managed object name and perceive the current behavior as inconsistent with that expectation.
