Resolution

With SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2602, the "Manage News" app supports the "Required Reading" feature for displaying news on My Home.

When this feature is enabled, the news article appears as a pop-up on the entry page upon user login, partially addressing the requirement for system-wide notifications.

For more information, refer to the documentation: Manage News | SAP Help Portal > Required Reading : Enable this option to designate a news article for mandatory reading. These articles appear as a popup on the entry page upon user login.
