3740083 - How to create a Icertis service request?

Symptom

Service Requests are updates to the configuration after implementation. This subcomponent is used for change requests, service requests, provisioning and bug fixes requests from customers. Since only Icertis and SAP Ariba (from SAP)  can support these types of requests, they are separated from the standard product-related cases and are directly routed to SAP Ariba or Icertis.

Service request can be created for the following cases.

  • If new configuration or new enhancement is needed for SAP Ariba Contract Intelligence by Icertis
  • Change Request
  • Bug fixes
