3740114 - SAP BO Workspace edits are not working throwing an "undefined" error

Symptom

  • Editing BI Workspaces fails after upgrading SAP BI.
  • The error message displayed in BI Launchpad is “undefined”.
  • The issue occurs for all user accounts, including Admin and non-Admin users.
  • The problem affects both existing (old) and newly created BI Workspaces.
  • Requests fail with an HTTP 403 (Forbidden) error when accessing BI through the load balancer URL.
  • The issue does not occur when accessing SAP BI directly using the default Tomcat URL.
  • The issue is observed only when SAP BI is accessed via the load balancer.
