Symptom

Errors displayed when trying to run or edit story reports.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access a Preview environment after the 2605 release.
  2. Attempt to run or edit a Story report.
  3. The report may display an error or fail to load.

Cause

The root cause is currently under investigation.

Resolution

As of 14/04/26 an emergency patch was deployed to resolve the issue - Story Reports functionality should be resumed.

You may need to clear your browser cache and cookies before attempting to use the Story Reports again.
