Symptom

User is unable to access the Readiness Check Tool

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer core applications

Resolution

The Readiness Check Tool is available by default in all tenants.

Access to the tool requires the user is assigned to the CNSMIGRATION / Transition work center in their business role. 

Once assigned, the tool can be accessed via the Transition work center.

To enable the work center, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in as an Administrator.
  2. Go to the Administrator work center.
  3. Select Business Roles.
  4. Select the desired Business Role and click View All.
  5. Navigate to the Work Center and View Assignment tab.
  6. Find and assign the Transition work center.
  7. Click Save.
