3740225 - [1H2026] "People Profile" is not available in Check Tool

• When accessing the Check Tool, the People Profile entry is missing from the list.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

1. Go to Check Tool
2. Navigate to the list of available checks/options; or
   Search for "People Profile" under Application
3. Observe that People Profile is not shown.

The Check Tool metadata refresh is not completed yet. 

Latest Update:  The Daily Check Tool metadata refresh job has been successfully executed, and the “People Profile” feature is now available in the Check Tool. 

Initially, when the issue was identified, it was confirmed from product team that the metadata job would run within the next few hours to refresh the Check Tool metadata and New features will show in next 24 hours. 

Workaround:

1. Go to Check Tool
2. Remove all filters from the "Result Type"
3. From "Application", select "Check Tool"
4. Look for: The required MDF objects that contain the metadata of a check exist. (MetaEntitiesExist) > Select the option and click "Run Check"
5. Click on "Quick Fix"
6. Proceed with next steps until reached the Final Approval
