3740252 - Generic Value Conversion rule BADI mapping not supported for Organizational Object migration

Symptom

When using Business Integration Builder (BIB) to migrate Organizational Management data from SAP ERP or S/4HANA to SuccessFactors Employee Central, the option "BADI mapping" for the Generic Conversion Rules is available but the corresponding BAdI ECPAO_IN_FIELD_VALUE_CONV method PROCESS_VALUE_CONV is not properly called as most of the parameters are empty except EC_PAYLOAD.

This only happens on ECS4HCM release 100 Support Package 05 or lower.
