SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Configure a process selection rule so that if the event reason is PAYANN, the system selects a Crossboarding process variant for PAYANN.
2. Use a Crossboarding process variant for PAYANN with flow: Start > Document Generation.
3. Configure a document generation rule that selects the Crossboarding document set based on the user's company id (rules are identical across company ids).
4. For affected users, check Manage Data > Process and observe that Crossboarding was not initiated on the noted date.
5. Verify on the Onboarding dashboard that Crossboarding e‑signing tasks are completed for many other users.

1. Verify that the event reason for PAYANN is correctly configured for the affected users.
2. Ensure default labels in the Job Information data model are correctly updated in Manage Business Configuration.
3. Confirm the relevant data model is enabled in Manage Business Configuration.
4. Check Job Information for existing entries that coincide with the intended Crossboarding start date.
5. If overlapping Job Information entries exist, remove the conflicting entries and re‑initiate the Crossboarding process.
6. If the issue persists, consider creating a new requisition or initiating the candidate from the Employee Central profile.
