Reproducing the Issue
- Access Email Notification Template Settings
- Some templates are grayed-out
Cause
This is expected behavior. The grayed-out options are not available to be disabled.
Resolution
This is expected behavior. Workflow-related email notification templates cannot be disabled from Email Notification Templates Settings.
