Symptom

User is unable to access Story Reports; the Story page may load blank or reports are not visible; when opening analytics a message appears stating “It appears you don't have an active account”;
IPS job log shows:

system=SAP Analytics Cloud - target,
error=Unable to write entity to target system with name SAP Analytics Cloud - sabancidij - target Caused by: Mandatory function name (attribute 'function') is missing in function definition: {constant=false, scope=createEntity, targetPath=$.sendMail},
