3740353 - How to arrange the order of fields in global information during Onboarding process - Onboarding

The order of fields in the Global Information portlet during the Personal Data Collection step in Onboarding 2.0 does not reflect the sequence configured in Manage Business Configuration. This documentation aims to explain on how to adjust the display order of Global Information fields.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

The display order of Global Information fields during Personal Data Collection is controlled through Configure People Profile in Employee Central, not through Manage Business Configuration in Onboarding.

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Configure People Profile.
2. Select the Personal Information block.
3. Click the "here" option in the Edit Dialog section.
4. In the Country dropdown, select the country for which the field order should be adjusted.
5. The Global Information fields for that country are displayed. Drag and drop the fields to the desired order.
6. Click Save.
