3740368 - OIDC SSO Authentication Not Triggered After Logout — Direct Logon Screen Displayed

After logging out from an application that uses OIDC SSO via IAS, accessing the application URL again does not initiate a new OIDC authentication challenge.
Instead, the system directly shows the logon/login screen, bypassing SSO.
