3740402 - Is it possible to use US W4 and USA State Withholding forms without enabling I9 - SAP successfactors onboarding

As I9 is completed out of SF, need to enable US W4 and USA State Withholding forms only.

It is confirmed W-4 and USA State Withholding forms, such as VA-4 forms are separate from I-9. 

So it is possible to enable them only.

Need to refresh odata metadata cache in case any change in Compliance settings.
