3740406 - Business Partner Grouping Description Missing When Logon Language is Changed

Symptom

In the application "Maintain Business Partner" or t-code BP, the description for the grouping is visible when the language is set to English (EN). However, when the language is changed (for example, German (DE)), the description under the grouping is no longer visible.
