3740421 - (ONB) Onboarding Task email template not visible in Email Services

Symptom

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Manage Email Templates.
  2. Browse the available categories and search for a template named "(ONB) Onboarding Task".
  3. Observe that no template with that exact name appears under the template list.

Cause

Resolution

  1. Go to Manage Email Templates.
  2. Select Reuse Template.
  3. Search for "(ONB) Onboarding Task Restart Template".
  4. Open the template to review and reuse it as needed for notifications related to restarted onboarding tasks.

NOTE: We have created a request to update the WNV with the correct Template Name.
