3740427 - To integrate OKTA SCIM system with SAP Fieldglass system to fetch the user data

Symptom

SCIM client attempts to fetch users and returns: "could not find handler for resource: connector//Users".

Error observed while generating oauth token: "Unexpected character ('<' (code 60))" indicating an HTML response instead of SCIM JSON.
