3740432 - Deployment fails due to a missing custom B2BAcceleratorAuthenticationManager bean

Deployment fails in either the "Stopping Backoffice" or "Stopping JavaScript Storefront" step with the Backoffice or storefront logs showing the following nested exception thrown:
