Symptom

  • After a new hire completes all onboarding tasks, including e-signature, access to the onboarding dashboard is removed.
  • A manager-initiated task (for example, navigator assignment for review) is added after completion.
  • The new hire cannot view or act on the newly added task because onboarding access has ended.
  • No error messages or error codes are shown.
