3740476 - Latest Form Experience: matrix manager cannot view linked continuous feedback on performance forms - Performance Management

Symptom

In the latest form experience, matrix manager cannot view continuous feedback linked to achievements on performance forms. Only manager and employee could view the linked continuous feedback.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Check that the latest form experience is enabled in Performance Management Feature Settings.
  2. As the manager, open a performance form where the employee has linked continuous feedback to a goal/achievement; the linked feedback is visible.

  3. As the matrix manager, open the same performance form; the linked continuous feedback is not visible.

  4. Disable the latest form experience in Performance Management Feature Settings.
  5. Reopen the form as manager and matrix manager; the linked feedback is visible to both.

Cause

This is current limitation of the latest form experience: only the manager and the employee can view linked Continuous Performance Management (CPM) feedback on performance forms. 
Other roles (such as matrix manager) are not yet supported.

Resolution

Note that this is current expected behavior in the latest form experience: only the manager and the employee can view linked CPM feedback.
