Symptom

There is a discrepancy in timestamps between system logs (e.g. showing +10:00) and DB2 logs (e.g. showing +600).

For example:

system log: 2026-04-12T00:00:48.253403+10:00

db2diag.log: 2026-04-10-08.00.00.962174+600
