  • The error occurs when synchronising dictionary categories (e.g., Risks, Controls) from SAP Signavio to SAP RAM.
  • Example error details:

    • javax.script.ScriptException: java.lang.Exception: java.lang.Exception: Configured dictionary category {id} doesn't exist.@ line 48 in ProcessGlossaryCategories.groovy, cause: java.lang.Exception: Configured dictionary category {id} doesn't exist.
