Symptom

When replicating MDG object via webservice, there is error "Application exception occurred!" in transaction SRT_MONI. Take GL account replication as an example.
When opening error details, there is information:
-----CODE    ABAP.PRX_PROTO_NOT_SUPPORTED
-----ERRORTEXT    Proxy protocol for configuration RUNTIME - IS_URL - " " is not available.
