3740535 - Local currency field remains blank in table FQM_FLOW for Memo Records in SAP S/4HANA

• When creating a memo record with transaction FF65, app F2986 or app F2986A, the entry is updated to table FQM_FLOW, but field FQM_FLOW-BASE_CURRENCY stays blank.
• Same issue, the entry is updated to table FQM_FLOW, but fields FQM_FLOW-BASE_AMOUNT and FQM_FLOW-BASE_CURRENCY stays blank, can be observed for MM, SD and other non FI documents.
