3740546 - Credit Memo Request hyperlink in My Inbox Related Objects tab does not navigate

Symptom

  • In My Inbox, the Related Objects tab shows a “Credit Memo Request” hyperlink that does not navigate; clicking it does nothing.  
  • No error message is displayed or captured in gateway error log /n/IWFND/ERROR_LOG.  
  • The issue is Credit Memo Request (BUS2094) specific and often occurs to customer-created workflows.  
  • In browser trace, "ObjectLink" is empty.
